While you're at it, stop by costco and get that "How to Grill" book also for $12.00.
Why didn't the wondrous Costco have the smoker for a decent price? I already linked to it for $199.00. I still can't figure out what the attraction is to that place. 😕

Not sure why Costco didn't sell this thing. They are selling what most people are buying nowadays and that's a gas grill. Funny thing though is they sell a ton of charcoal there. Not everyone where I live appreciates smoked food. Everyone here seems to be in a hurry and wants the usual carne asada and steaks. If you're just cooking that stuff, you're better off with a gas grill.

Good catch on that abysmal site. I didn't even think any seller got that bad! Hope Walmart has it for you at the $200.00 mark.

I had a cheap gas grill by Coleman. I figured it would be easier to use come winter, but I almost never used it. Rotted away before the tank even got emptied. I can have coals fully ready before I can get done with a shower, which is about 15 minutes. It's more trouble to set the table than that!
