Now that I actually have my site working (more or less) I want to work on appearance.

I can monkey around with html/php but I couldn't actually design something to save my life so what I am looking for is a place to go to have a header designed for the site. From that I can adjust colors for the rest of the site and the forums.

Rossman once posted a link to a place that did banner design. Are there places that specialize in header design? Google was suprisingly unhelpful.
