"The trouble is I don't understand the language. I don't really understand what a Web site is," he told a London court during the trial of three men charged under anti-terrorism laws.

Prosecutor Mark Ellison briefly set aside his questioning to explain the terms "Web site" and "forum." An exchange followed in which the 59-year-old judge acknowledged: "I haven't quite grasped the concepts."

Unless you live in a complete and total hellhole, war-torn, poverty-stricken, third world country, you ought to be beaten in the face repeatedly if you don't understand or use the Internet. A severe enough beating that you'll instantly change your tune.

Duh, clearly a web site is one of those thingies at the other side of one of those big tubes of the internet, invented by Al Gore. We use special software called "browsers" to view through the tubes. How could anyone not know that??? 😛
