I have a question. How would I host my own web server for my own web page? I know nothing of the sort concerning servers and everything, so could someone please explain to me about the issue.

Also be careful which software you use as your server. IIS is known for its security flaws.

Apache is the only way to go. Forget IIS.

Well, Apache isn't perfect either, but it's exploits are a bit more convoluted.
