[WEB] Recommend site for file sharing

I sometimes need to send files to other people.

Files can be up to 1GB and of any file type.

The others should not need to have an account at any site, just get a link and download the file.

Usage will not be high, say expecting 5GB of downloads per year.

I have an account with Skydrive but I have had failed uploads in the past with files as small as 100MB through the web interface.

Grateful for advice. (Couldn't see an internet forum so posting here.)

i use https://www.dropbox.com/ only the uploader need the account

but almost every other type of free cloud storage does that also, google drive etc.

https://mega.co.nz might be the way to go.

No file size limits and offers 50GB free storage.
