Web Page for school project

I'd get rid of the "Feel free to navigate this article through the arrows in the top right part of the screen, or the links list on the left part of the screen" part... if the readers can't figure out that those are links, then they shouldn't be on the intraweb

EDIT: oops, you said layout only

I think the back/stop/forward is unnecessary.. you can get rid of that entire <tr>

i made it from scratch...i suck at tables so it took me forever.

the reason the arrows/feel free are there is that its part of the project specs....she wanted us to make it for dumbasses.

its for an html class so we can only use notepad. i hate programming and any type of code in general...and have no artistic ability so any input would be appreciated. 🙂

yea that might work...i java current date function thing..lemme try itout.

added the date..gotta go to class but how does it look?
