Heres my situation, my parrents want a website put up for the family business, so i made one in dreamweaver, and i was looking for some pointers on how to go about putting it online. Its a very basic site that will require next to no bandwidth. Links to any good tutorials or articles would be great too. I didnt think this is anything that is over difficult for a basic site.

So you want to host the website yourself or a good place to host it at?

edit:

www.godaddy.com would be a good starter for an online host.

If you want to host it yourself. Have a dedicated computer ready with linux or a MS server level OS plus Apache loaded and an ISP that doesn't block port 80.
