is THIS really as good a deal as it looks? I do not plan on having a site that will require THAT much bandwidth, but considering many of the other ones out there provide MUCH less for the same price...

Am I missing a catch? Or is this really sweet? Are there any better ones? and yes, I need a .com address

Sorry, misread this initially as a bandwidth question.

Anything that you can pull 10mbps or so off of (assuming that your connection is capable) is usually more than enough. Most hosts would be glad to give you a test file so that you can test the speed prior to signing up. The only time you might need more than that would be if you were hosting streaming videos or live chat/game servers.
