500MB of space for cheapest... I know of $8.25/mo. and that includes PHP/CF/ASP, etc. Only thing is they're bandwidth slow. Great for a developer playing around though... readyhosting.com

Ripplehost.com is 200MB space for $9.99/year.

What I use

Works well, but I think there are some limitations to what you can put on there, as far as scripts and a few other things are concerned. Been a while since I've looked at the details, so I don't remember exactly.
