I'm currently with
Dixiesys but just signed up recently with a webhosting special at
Manlius. I've been putting up the finishing touches on a redesign and will probably move everything over in a few weeks.
I've been with Dixiesys since around the beginning of the year and while I've had no problems with them, their support turnaround time and uptime have been a little less than stellar as of recent. Gary Harris (the person behind Dixiesys) seems like a honest and hard-working individual though, so I've mostly attributed those things to growing pains since they've had 2-for-1 specials lately and an influx of Cyberwings refugees. Overall though I'd say I've been happy with them, especially for the amount I paid ($39.50/yr).
I was considering upgrading to a 2-for-1 plan with Dixiesys this past week, and stumbled on a webhosting special from Manlius while browsing Hot Deals. After comparing the two I ended up jumping aboard with Manlius - the plan I got in on was a better value, they offer SSH access and allow you to run irc and stuff, and they remind me somewhat of Dixiesys in their early days. Support so far from Manlius has been great - less than 20 minutes from payment to account setup, and less than 50 minutes for a response to a support ticket around mid-day.
Either way I don't think you could go wrong with either of these two IMO. They both offer plenty of features and space for the price.
