DOes anyone know of a good, reliable site for webhosting that has mysql and php for around 5 or less a month? I do not want one that is all slow or anything. Thanks Alot.
 
Commercial or personal?

There are plenty of inexpensive hosts out there that are more than reliable enough for personal sites and testing. However, to find a commercial-grade host capable of supporting mission-critical sites, you're going to be looking at more expensive options.
