Anyone know of a company that will physically administer (as in security/routine maintenance/local administration) a server that either you rent from them or purchase on your own; as well as administer a website (actual development and deployment) and mail accounts. Essentially server side administration coupled with system administration functions. Thoughts/links?
 
There's quite a lot of those managed server farms actually. You may want to try webhostindex or ratehost.com for links. One of the better known one's (imho) are Rackspace.com, DialtoneInternet.com and Datapipe.net.

As for development, you're better off (and i suggest) contacting a local development firm/ISP/Host to get the best deals.
