Web Hosting Question

I'm looking for a VERY inexpensive webhosting solution. It will be a small website with limited traffic. Main uses will be for intermittant hosting of pictures, maybe a webpage (not much of one), and I would like to have my own email address through it. I don't need much storage or bandwidth (at least not now). I've seen various hosting companies offering 1$ a month hosting (12$ payment a year), and that would be inline with my budget.

Any recommendations in this price range?

You'd need to pay at least $8.25 for a domain name for the year. As far as the webhost, Rossman will come along.
