What?s the website to find good deals on web hosting companies?

My friend is looking to create a website to promote I guess his work etc.

He doesn?t need lots of space probably no more than 50megs, bandwidth also not a huge deal and of course he is looking for a very low price for the year.

Update:
new questions added look below.

i guess he just needs to buy the domain from another company?

My friend is not very umm techy he can set it up but hoping for a all in one hosting company.

Yep he can buy a domain from NameCheap.com then sign up with a web host.

If you or your friend has any questions just PM me. The web site can be up and running in about 2 hours after he buys the domain 🙂

thanks again
you got PM

Edit: wait i think i got it, Telnap gives you the name of the DNS servers and you add that to the Namecheap domain name options.

I have another question this is for me not my friend.

What about a Hosting company that compares to my free 1and1 plan which is 500megs of space, 5 gig of data, 1 database, php etc etc.
some of things i dont like about my "free" hosting is the email options, no IMAP only POP3 also the webmail access sucks big time, i was hoping for any hosting companies that also offer some exchange server package included, if not IMAP is good enough.

also i hate how their email accounts are setup, i dont know if this always normal but an account goes like this,
Username: m4559087-1
Password:
Email: johndoe@doe.com

remembering the username is a pain in the butt.

I also think i want to transfer my domain name to namecheap or godaddy to have more control of it.
