I'm willing to spend maybe $150 a year. It's a small site with a few software downloads. I'm currently using my webspace at school (check my signature for a link to my site), but I need to move it soon (I graduate in December).

I'm basically looking for a host that is to web hosting what NewEgg is to hardware sales: reliable and worth my time.

I am lookign at these two for a non-profit organization, a family business, and for a personal site.

http://www.1and1.com

http://www.wwm.net

The latter offers a $24/year plan - gives you a 100Mb space and 2 Gb transfers (I'm assuming they mean 2 Gb per month), 5 email accounts, Frontpage extensions and Php 4.x. They have alot of ther plans too that get more expensive - but damn, I'm paying $16 a year for domain fowarding to my ISP webspace right now!

The former - probably under an annual contract, will give you alot of software - costs a little bit more - and has greater numbers and I believe moe features.
