Web Host Recommendations?

I am looking for a web host for my site. I just need the following featurewise...
- under 50 megs of storage on a FAST NETWORK
- CGI, SSL, PHP
- Star Email Addressing/Forwarding
- I'd like to keep the monthly fee under $15 dollars

Anyone have any luck with their host and want to give them a plug?

I use endore.com. They give me 1GB of space for $120 a year. Very good uptime.

i personally like these guys VERY VERY fast.. they were ranked 6-10 of fastest webservers last time i checked. you get all that you asked for x10. and for 9.95 a month =) the only other place that i liked was http://www.phpwebhosting.com/ they are also 9.95/month

Stay away from whizhost.com...

I used to use Interland, then they got some kind of glitch where they would charge my credit card once a month at the annual rate. That was not cool, since I had used my debit card!!!
