Looking for info on starting a web forum for my organization. Anybody have any ideas on how much this would cost. All I need is a forums page similar to Anandtech forums.
 
Get any good hosting deal, find some free PHP based forum software, set it all up and you're off.

Depending on your bandwidth requirements it will probably start off at around $10 a month.
 
Well, godaddy has a $10 month cgi capable deal but they did not have the script for a forum and I am not a programmer. Where would I get a script that I could set up.
 
Get vBulletin ($150) or phpBB ($0.) Stay clear of fusetalk, imo it sucks and the developer seems like an ass because he won't make modifications to it for specific sites.
