Is there some kind of way I can make my site automagically resize according to resolution/screen size?

Sounds kind of far out, but if not, what is the code to have it go out and find the screen res., which will forward it to the corrosponding site with that resolution?

Thanks in advance!

DreamWeaver 4 has a box to check for "stretch"
if you use it once it will show on code page what was done

Edit: also in Behaviors, there is a "check browser" option, so you can make 2 pages one for Netscape one for
IE and the correct one will load due to javascript

I will continue to update this as I too absolutely dont want to see a ragged, pimply, hairy, no butt, ass.

Nah, it's just so obvious that no one could disagree!

And, since I'm twice the size of the people whom I see daily, it's unusual for me to hear comments in the negative! ;):D

Thanks guys...but BTW, while the image resizer may help, you do know I'm looking of rit to resize the WHOLE PAGE without messing up rows of text and places images, etc. which happens on some sites, right? :confused:

as far as I know, there's no way to get the window dimensions from the browser. You may be able to get screen resolutiuon, most of the time. but that won't help if someone has a 800x1200 window open on a 1600x1200 desktop. Anyway, are you sure you want more than one version of the same thing? It'll be a pan in the ass when you've got a 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768 version of something that should otherwise be the same.

Give this a try:

<script language="JavaScript"><!--
if (document.layers) {
w = window.innerWidth;
h = window.innerHeight;
}
if (document.all) {
w = document.body.clientWidth;
h = document.body.clientHeight;
}

if (document.all || document.layers) {
window.moveTo(0,0);
window.resizeTo(w,h);
}
//--></script>
