Web design scholarship

So I get this e-mail advertising a web design scholarship. Seemed interesting so I took a peek. As soon as I read the first few words I realized these people were just trying to take advantage of a good web designer and only have to pay $500 for something when they probably got quotes from established designers for 7-8 times more $$ than that. They want the site to be on the level of vwvortex.com

I guess it's good PR for them that they are giving away two measly scholarships, but they are just trying to take advantage... :roll:
