I just got a webcam - and I want to set it up so that I can video chat with friends.

What is the easiest/best/free-est chat program to use?

I've got broadband - as do my friends.

I was looking at yahoo, but their site wasn't all too clear - will messenger work?
 
Any chat programs would work, Yahoo, MSN, Skype, etc... Just make sure you look for the video option of the program (usually in Options) and enable it.
