I bought a Micro innovintion cam, it works in chat rooms but will not work in programs such as prestovidio
it either says no path or when i go to device it gives me code 28. Programs work but cam freezes,have to shut down computer to get cam to turn off.Have ibm 300xl with windows 98 se.

appriciate any help I can get
