Web browsing suddenly stops except for 1 site

I have a p4 2.4 on an intel 845gbv MB, connected to a dlink wireless router with a cat cable. Sometimes suddenly I cant browse from this desktop [while I can still download mail], and at the sametime my 2 laptops which are wirelessly connected to the same router and cable modem still surf. Have tried whatever I know-need help-please. This is even when I turn the firewall [Zonealarm] off. When i reboot all is OK for a few hours only.

The funny thing is that I can continue to surf one website which was set as my default home page-www.dpreview.com but I cannot surf ANY other site. Have tried updating drivers etc.

Need help please desperately
 
Any spyware problems? Try downloading and running winsock fix.

Almost sounds like DNS issues but if your other machines work then it is not most likely.
 
No viruses. No spyware. Already tried the fix. Funny thing is it still browses ONE website and nothing else till I reboot
 
I have seen this with porno site blocking.
something is blocking the rest of the sites as a kind of group. I would inspect the Firewall resrictions, or disconnect the firwall and see if you can get ot then... worth a try.
