Web browsing in Vista

I installed Vista the other day to play around on. I've got it dual booted with XP. One glaring problem I found is when surfing the net in Vista occasionally I get a website that won't load. This happens to everyone occasionally. Normally we can all just hit the refresh button and the page will correctly load. But with Vista is doesn't matter how many times I hit refresh the page never loads. The only way to get this page to load is to close Internet Explorer and then reopen it.

I make my start page my.yahoo.com.. The start page will indicate that I have new mail. When I click that mail icon I get the "Can't load page" error. I can hit refresh a hundred times and it will never load. But if I close IE and then reopen it I can get in. WTF?

Anyone else notice this?
