Web-based RSS reader

I pretty much have no idea about this whole RSS thing, but this is the problem I've been running into - I want to keep on top of some high-volume feeds, but when I check for new posts, I can only pull 60, which is the limit set by the server. I think I could get everything by just leaving my (application) client running all the time, but is there some web-based reader that can check every half hour or so and store them for me to look at later?
