Well, a key feature would be a white board (kinda a place for people to sketch ideas and such)... I also don't want people to have to download a program, I'd prefer a web-based service.. Any thoughts? I could live without the white board but some of these guys don't know how to open .pdf files - webbased services is a must
http://www.webex.com : the one we use at work...its online...allows for desktop sharing and whiteboard and chat...all pretty smoothly over a cable line. It costs a little bit but definately worth the $$$
NetMeeting. It has multipoint chat (whisper mode, too), file transfer (selective mode, too) and two different whiteboard protocols. You can also do app sharing, even in true color (use true color only if everyone is on broadband). Then there's also A/V, and a few other goodies.
