Is there a way that I can access the #teamanandtech channel using a web based client? You used to be able to do it when we were on othernet, but I can't seem to find a way to do it now that we are on worldirc. I'm at school and installing mIRC isn't an option.
 
Unfortunately, no. WorldIRC offers a "web based" client, but it only lets you into #help as far as I can tell.:| They said they're going to get the Java client back up soon though.
 
Just tried it and it works but requires a plug-in so you still need rights to use it on a PC more than likely. Give it a whirl and see it it does the job.

Ignore the last message. I just got a chance to try it, and it worked. It is to slow to use on whatever POS computers these are. (Probably original pentiums). Just in case anyone else has my problem, mircx does work.

That looks like the same window that mircx statrs, which means that on the computers at school, it will run to slow. When I tried it last night, I would 6-8 lines of text all at the same time, even though only 2 or three people were talking. I guess Java clients aren't made for pentium classic systems. 🙁

Edit: It works fine on my PIII system here at home on a 56k connection, but not at school an a pentium with a super-fast connection.
