Could you name a basic and a litlle more advanced one?

Surprisingly enough I have started to like Microsoft Frontpage, but obviously that is not free. But no really great open source editors come to mind. Does open office come with one?

NVU is a free and open source one based on the Mozilla Composer code:

eclipse sdk with 'web standard tools'.. eclipse sdk is an awesome open source ide for java/c/c++, can't say much for wst since i've never tried it.. but i do always see the option.

The "Composer" feature in Mozilla (not firefox) is pretty decent for basic HTML work.
