- Something that will allow a web site to ?portal? to other web sites while maintaining the original site?s navigation tools.
- The possibility to portal to applications which have their own web portals, such as database applications.
With this in mind can anyone recommend some informational sites, and products which may suite these needs? I?m looking at some common names like webphere and vignette, but I need to better understand what the technology can do over some basic HTML functions and such. The sales information is not really helpful since they describe their functionality like they are they only ones who can do so which of course is false.
