Web app doesn't work

I have a webapplication which was developed on linux and deployed on tomcat 4 web server..i have now been asked to convert it to the struts framework and deploy it on the tomcat 5.5 web server. i copied the webapplication to the web-app folder of the tomcat 5.5..made the changes to the context.xml..but it still does not work..
All comments are welcome..any kind of help will be appreciated.

have you looked at the log files to see what the problem is?

Ya, Tomcat is a pain... I second the "look at the log files" suggestion.
