I really don't know where to put this topic, since it is a lot of a bunch of topics combined. I have someone that wants to create web accessible video footage from a series of cameras. The only brand of camera I know to go with is Axis at this point. There are some restrictions I have on this right now.
1. I am going to start out with 9 cameras. More may be added, so this solution must be expandable.
2. They will have a T1, but I have been allocated a max upload of 768k at this point. I'd like for the solution to throttle itself. So if I had 6 users looking at the cameras, each would get 128k streamed to them.
3. I would like a way to control web access to these streams as well, creating logins for certain periods of time. Perhaps I would just have to manage logins myself and remove them as necessary.
Sound is not necessary for these camera streams. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
