weather widget / applet

I am looking for a weather widget / applet for lubuntu that I have running on an old Atom EEEPC. I would like for it to display the current, high, and low temperature plus show the radar on the desktop much like people run cpu, memory, and bandwidth graphs on their desktops. A 5 day outlook and current weather alerts would also be nice. This is an email / web machine. But, it would be very nice to find out what the weather is without going to a webpage every time.

Looks like Conky will work. I found HTC Conky that will display the weather. Also found Plexydesk and Screenlets that can display the weather. I assume that Conky is more light weight though. Haven't found anything to display the radar, but I don't see why you couldn't modify HTC Conky or something else to display a radar image.
