We got our first snow today, Sully Wully. I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad. lol I'm happy because it's truly beautiful to watch, but sad because the cold makes me hurt. lol

Oooohhhh, we got our wood-burning stove in and it's working. Woot!

Keep warm, hon.

   Miss ya Heathie. 🙂

A wood-burning stove sounds awesome! I haven't gone camping or to a cottage in the winter in a long time... I'm way overdue for some wintery fun. Downhill skiing whenever I get a chance will do the trick, I think.

Canada is weird. -30C in the winter, 35C in the summer. Consistency please!

Yeah, what's up with barely seeing each other? You're one of my admins! 😉

Virginia is relatively hot (90's or so) and very humid in the summer and relatively cold (gets down in the single digits) in the winter. We picked October for our wedding, because it's relatively a mild month. *Crosses fingers*

You ought to try Ohio... first week of September... during the day it's 90-100, you're trying to keep cool... at night you're cold, putting on layers of clothing and coats.

Ha, you just picked a bad part of Canada.

It felt like spring here today. Lots of motorcycles out, I was in a t-shirt and pants. The sun was warm 🙂

i'm sorry, but canada sucks

My sentiments exactly. I remember being in Toronto a few years back with just a light jacket. The temp was 0 (C) and, man, I froze like crazy.

Yes, Virginia does seem to get rather hot and cold. Even here at the Beach... But the good thing about the beach is that it rarely ever snows here.

I will say that Canada does help put some ice in your backbone. When the midnight madness Halo 2 thing happened a month back, temperatures were around 5 Celsius and my friends and I braved the entire thing in windbreakers. BRING ON THE ICE AGE! 😀
