WINDS. THE SHOWERS ARE CAUSING THE STRONG WINDS ALOFT TO BRIEFLY
REACH THE SURFACE. WIND GUSTS OF 96 KM/H WERE REPORTED IN YORKTON
SASKATCHEWAN EARLIER TODAY AND IN THE RIVERS AREA NORTHWEST OF
BRANDON IN THE PAST 15 MINUTES. THESE VERY STRONG WINDS ARE BRIEF
AND QUITE SPOTTY, BEING ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHOWERS MOVING THROUGH
