Nope.

One collar. Unless, it is a work shirt and you put a collared sweat-shirt of sorts over it for warmth. Other than that, it's a crew/v-neck with a collared shirt.

That's why you do what I do (the metrosexual approach) and never button the top 2 or 3 buttons of your shirt!

I don't have issues with exposing my hairy chest (it's barren) though, so...

yea, I usually have to wear a collared shirt at work, top button is never buttoned .... my chest has about as much hair as my head ... I've pretty much got an all natural fur coat built in...
