Our tasks conclude in managing mysql databases via MySQL 8.0. Rarely we haven't problems. Nevertheless today, we have stumbled upon a problem with opening database. Now we urgently need any fresh thought.
 
Looks like possible tag team spamming. #1 asks a question and #2 responds with link to a desired solution - that was deleted by mod.
