We need a new Office Fax Machine!! Please Help!!!

I work for a Mortgage Company and we need a new Fax Machine. We need a Fax Machine that will not have problems loading paper as it sends them out. Our Current Fax machine often will load 2 or more papers as it is trying to send just 1 and this is our main reason for getting a new one. Since we often send paper packets of 10+ or more this is becoming a very time consuming issue.

So we need a Fax Machine that is very Reliable and will not feed more then 1 paper at a time, speed would be the 2nd feature we are looking for. We have $300-500 to spend on the Fax Machine. Can anyone recommend a Fax Machine they have had experience with or does anyone know a website with forums that can help me?
 
My department has some HP laser fax thingie that's also a copier (though we have a big copier for that purpose, this only gets used as a fax). It's awesome, and I think it was about $600.
