Now we know they are not "fair and balanced" but their new tactic is ignore the facts and replace them with our own.

Watch the quick poll in the diner. Notice how many hands go up and what the Fox lackey actually says. Laughable at best.

Poll at PA diner

You can hear someone in the background yell "Split?!" and most of the diner is laughing at the bias of the reporter.

That's just pathetic. Let me put it another way. YOU are pathetic.

So what explains your hate for the 'liberal media?'

Last I checked, laughing at an obvious example of biased journalism does not infringe on freedom of the press.

To me this clip quintisentially sums up the way Fox News fabricates its totally biased news coverage. It's also the same way with MCCain. And if Palin could manage to string two coherent on-topic sentences together, she'd come off the same way too.

They all seem to have the same style of blatantly lying about Obama/Biden. They all seem to have the same script and list of talking points and they all repeat those points verbatim on que.

Where have the real and honorable republicans gone to? Why is it that the scum have risen to the top of their heirarchy when the cream is always supposed to?

LOL. Goebbels would have been proud of Fox.

Shame it's not Hilary v McCain. Watching Fox that election night would have been something, as McCain was blown away.

Obama v McCain may give Fox some cheer.

Because Newsmax and Daily Koz are so much better options. :disgust:

Look... there isn't a single, unbiased news organization out there anymore. For God Sakes... the VP debate is being moderated by a 'journalist' who is releasing a book about Obama.

The news business is like the magazine business... it's about finding a niche market and owning it. Fox owns its market. CNN, CBS, NBC, et al try to own their section of the market. That's how it works.

Why do people still fight this concept? Every news corporation has an agenda. Period. If you believe otherwise then you're kidding yourself. Just because one fits your mold... well that only means they are appealing to you.

News is about ratings. It's a business. The more eyeballs they grab the more money they make. They might as well be running sit-coms. It's the same business model.

So your response to a blatant lie is to ignore the lie and attack the truthtellers.

That says something about your lack of values.

Whoozyerdaddy,
No, there are plenty of unbiased news orgs.

What the US mainstream is failing at big time is that News is not about bias. News is about News, its about reporting what is happening.

News reporting is not a business model.

I wonder if you are capable of any independent thought. You would fit into the 1930s Germany very well.

So blindly following, you are just a sheeple.

Calling Fox News liars is fine, but saying "we must not let them cover the election" is disturbing. Who's this "we"? The gov't? Do you really want the gov't telling a network it can't cover the election? What's the OP calling for, exactly? Merely a boycott, or a gov't ban?

Haha, that was kind of funny. I like the guy who wasn't allowed to raise his hand. I guess its not "cool" to vote for McCain right now.
