Are you claiming that someone is violating an air conditioner? Pull your head out of your ass and rethink that post.
Ok, show me where it says "speed limit" in the Constitution.

Violate is this case would mean to break a law. No such law exists. Got it this time?
I guess speed limits don't exist, either, do they, Einstein?

Why haven't any of the enlightened lefties in is thread noted that campaigning or making any kind of political speech from a church pulpit is blatantly illegal. No constitutional issues... Just blatantly illegal. Section 501(c)(3).

I guess this admin has already taken a stance that the laws, or constitution, won't get in the way of them 'helping' America... So I can't expect much more.

yep it upset me when I discovered it doesn't actually say seperation of church and state anywhere in the constitution... there should be however... I'm theist (believe in a higher power, entity) but I don't identify with any one religion) but it's quite obvious that government tied to religion will obviously cause biased irrational decisions...

To most Americans, "establishment of religion" is an abstruse phrase, so why on earth would that phrase be used in public discourse when most people aren't going to know what it means? It's much clearer to use "separation of church and state." But go ahead; pretend that it "upsets you" to find that the two phrasings are used interchangeably.

Well, let's hope the IRS revokes their non-profit status then...
