We are getting fat as shit here in canuckistan too, it's pretty sad. But yeah proper poutine is friggin delicious, you can pry it from my cold dead hands.

Canadians go home. I never knew that Canada was considered a healthy nation.

Fuck they have New Jersey so close.

These are beet fries:

So I guess in Russian they would be Vladimir Poutine?

😀

All this talk of poutine made me hungry.

This is not exactly a traditional poutine, but damn it was good. I should have gotten a small though since I had Jalapeno poppers too.

I grew up in Saskatchewan, and it was pretty fat. However, according to that graph, it is less fat than most of the US. Ouch.

BTW, an interesting tidbit:

When Tim Hortons expanded their coffee chain into the US, they had to upsize all of their cup sizes. Medium in Canada was a small in the US. Large in Canada was a medium in the US.

However, it rubbed off back in Canada. After doing this in the US, they did the same in Canada... which is fine by me since I used to always get the medium, but now I get the small which is the same size for less money.

Coffee is fattening?
