We had a good laugh this morning

A coworker stepped away from his computer and left it unlocked. The system admin comes looking for him and finds the unlocked PC with a chat session going. We find out that he's chatting with a close female friend of his. The admin guy gets on and starts chatting with her. Here's a rundown of the conversation:

Him: There's something I need to tell you.
Her: What?
Him: I think it's time for me to come out of the closet.
Her: What!?
Him: I'm gay.
Her: Really?
Her: Does your wife know about this?

Before he could answer the other guy comes back. A few seconds go by and his cell starts ringing. We ask if it was her and he says yea and walks off to answer. My boss, the sys admin and I just start busting up.

we tend to change wall papers, homepages, themes, hide stuff, msn pics, log in pics, log in passwords (and leave clues as to what it might be)

lets just say ******, lemon party and goatse have all been themes, as have docking, dogging, felching....... urban dictionary and google combo is good

Well there was one pic we kept sticking on this one guy's comp. It was a picture of a guy in a very special thong....with the nose of an elephant.

Ick, you're evil. I have a couple of photos from company parties (notably, a director dressed up like Elvis and a C level person with sparkly glasses and a red feather boa) and I put those on when I find unlocked computers.

For someone who isn't too knowledgable about computers, a good trick is to press the print screen key when they have the desktop showing and with no programs open. Then move all of their desktop icons to another folder, set their wallpaper to be the image you captured with print screen, and then pull down the taskbar so it isn't visible.

Meh, I guess one had to be there to appreciate the humor of the situation.
 
I used to do that back in college when people let their chat program logged in when they left the computer lab for class. Back then, it was either AOL or ICQ, although ICQ users seemed smarter about logging out.

Basically, people on their contact list would strike up a conversation with me and I'd have a little fun at their expense. Usually, that meant a nice chat about my recent conversion to Mormonism, my new pet boa constrictor called Mr. Bogangles, or my facination with smelly belly-button lint. It would usually take about 10 to 15 minutes for them to finally catch on which resulted in obsenities or threats about contacting AOL.
