Well I am living in a 3 bedroom house right now with 1 roomate(the other moved out a while back). Our lease is up april first. The end of the lease kind of snuck up on us and we've been having trouble finding a place to live. We have a few other friends in the same boat as us, five total.
We found a REALLY nice 5 bedroom house that we all loved for $1550 a month, yes it was that cheap. We applied and was sure we had the house but they called saying they choose someone else. We were really devestated but looked on.
We had pretty much given up and were going to move into a 4 bedroom house that two of the roomates live in now till we could find another nice house when I saw the 5-bedroom house we got denied for up for rent again online! Turns out the people who had gotten the house over us backed out at the last minute. I called and we got the house! So I might be moving in this weekend.
The house is crazy. It was built a year or two ago, so its brand new. Its in a gated community with a pool, basketball courts, and a park. It has 3 living areas, two downstairs, one upstairs. I'm guessings its 2800sf+. And did I mention its only $1550 a month!! this is in central California by the way. So thats $310/month(I am paying $375 right now in an old 3-bedroom)
