A few weeks ago our dog Duke died. My wife was really upset.
We were supposed to get a black lab puppy from a "friend" of my wife's from work. Well we went and looked at it. Took it home for a few days then the lady called and asked when we were going to pay. She wanted $500 for it! needless to say we took it back.
Well my wife's mother raises pugs. Well either the police or dog pound (not sure) found a guy breading them but not taking care of the animals. He had 9 dogs, 4 had to be put down 3 were healthy and the rest were either blind or partially blind.
Well my mother-in-law called and asked if we would like one of the blind ones. My wife decided we should take it and give it a comfortable life for the short time it has left.
So we got Dora! pic 2.
Its kinda funny. She is blind so she keeps running into furniture and stuff. But her and my daughter run all over the house. They run around the house chasing each other.
heh she just can't go upstairs and is not fully housebroken but she is a really sweet dog.
