I fail to see the problem. If kids get home schooled and don't learn to read, write or count to 10 they're no worse off than many of the graduates our accredited schools are churning out.

If the state forbid them from being homeschooled the odds are much greater of having a successful graduate.

I don't remember who it was but recently i heard some woman talking about home schooling her kids in California & no certification on her part was needed to do it. Print out your own diploma when your done.
