What the hell is it called "Financial Services" for if it doesn't deal with billing?
And if you're going to traansfer my call to Customer Service, you might want to transfer it somewhere that someone actually picks up the damn phone, I'm not going to sit on hold indefinitely. Fvck Verizon and thier sh!tty service. Verizon can lick my balls.
