We could be moving backwards and forwards in time all the time and never know it

If entropy is tied to the arrow of time then when time flips its arrow maybe entropy can decrease.

Pour a glass of water into the ocean.

Your next task to prove that time can indeed go backwards, is to collect the exact water molecules that were in your glass back into the glass from the ocean.

Good luck.

LOLs,... but this is it pretty much.

Time is like water.

But, unlike water, we can't redirect or hold time back. You can't speed it up either. You just flow with it.

Sure, time feels like it is passing by quicker, but in the same span, it does not feel that way for the person who isn't (for example) having fun.

You missed the point completely IMO. Everything is "travelling into the future"

Who needs a time machine all you need is a chair.

The example I gave is actually an example of entropy. He was saying since entropy can flow backwards, so can time.

That is actually incorrect, entropy can go negative for alot of reasons. One of which is symmetry, which is where life comes into play. The ordered arrangement of many biological molecules is actually the favored arrangement.
