I've been "Soda Free" for 6 years. every so often I'll drink Coke or Pepsi during meals but very rarely. I use to weight around 200LBs but eversince I dropped my soda craving addiction, my weight has gone down to 170LBs and my waistline had shrunk from a 34" to a 31". 🙂
Another factor, was due to lack of large meals for lunch and dinner. -----> Me = the poor working class.

I went pop-free last year. I still have it on ocassion when the food (chicken wings😀) demand it, but the caffeine keeps me up all night now😱

I actually tried FRESCA this week. If you havent heard of it, it is a 0calorie soda. I haven't checked to see if there is any caffeine in it, but there is just about 0 of everything. It is a little bland, but what do you expect? It is flavored water with carbonation, a pleasant change from juice.

I am not sure either, but my mom claims gatorade is a good substitution from water. Maybe you could check that out if you get bored of water.

Good luck.

Fresca doenst have any carbs either, OK deal if you are on the Atkins diet or something.

I love Fresca. When I want soda, I reach for that. no calories, no caffeine, not much sodium, no phosphoric acid, and it tastes great.
