You live close to my sister. My wife and I went to Virginia several months ago and it's beautiful country up there.

No idea yet what we're going to do with the land. I would like to expand later, but we'll see what happens.

We're in Virginia. We live about 40 miles from Manassas. It gets cold, but apparently not as much snow as last winter. Like I said, I'm from California, so this will be my first winter here.

You know, I was surprised at how different the scenery here is to California. I knew there would be differences, of course, but it really is gorgeous here. Where I came from in California is really beautiful too, don't get me wrong, it's just different here. I guess the change of scenery is a good thing. 😀

Plus you live near all sorts of historical landmarks. My sister lives on a hill where the union army camped before a big battle.

Yes, there are a lot of war sites around here. Plus, we live near the Skyline Caverns and not too far away from the Luray Caverns. The Luray Caverns are absolutely beautiful!

Leroy's caverns! My wife and I visited those. The organ they have setup using the stalactites is really cool 🙂

Super congrats Heather.

Be kind with that honey do list to HayZeus.
LOL I've got the list for him AND his dad. His dad built their home and has a sawmill/shop and is handy with just about *anything*. We're so fortunate to have him. His mom and family are great too. They're so willing to help pich in. 😀

wyvrn - I went to the caverns for the first time just a week or so ago. It was simply amazing. 😀
