WDC WD30EFRX-68AX9N0 Massive Slowdown

HDD has massive slowdown on reads an especially writes.
Writes are at 1MB/s.
Tried 3 computers, win7/10, free dos, same results.
Reformatted, blanked, deleted - same.
Dont know what to do?
Any help would be appreciated.

Back it up, if it has anything on it that you want to save, and then erase it, and then junk it. It's toast.
