WD120G 8M drive is so hot during running?

My WD 120G 8M cache drive is so hot during running and noise is larger than any of my old drives. This drive is so new, anyone has a similar drive? If you put your hand on the drive, are you feeling comfortable?
 
Is it really close/cramped near any other HD's? Also, is there a way you can get a fan blowing over it?

Lastly, are you trying to OC your hd? 😉
 
I have it, but never touched it to see if it gets hot. But I'll try tonight since it's been on this morning, but not spinning.
 
I've got four WD1200JB's and "to the touch" they are hot, but no hotter than other 7200 rpm 20-80 GB hard drives.
