WD10EARS WHS Compatibility

I just bought a WD10EARS drive because of a good sale. I plan to install it into my Windows Home Server. However, after buying, I heard that because of its "new 4KB physical sector" it is optimized for Windows 7. Currently, the other three hard drives in my server are all WD10EADS (the older 32MB cache variety).

Will this new (64MB cache) drive have any issues being installed into Windows Home Server (Power Pack 3)? Also, would I have to do anything special (besides merely plugging in SATA and power cables) to get this drive to play nicely with WHS? I plan to use the redundancy feature of WHS, so I need to know if having different model drives would corrupt any data.
